About Me

I am a junior researcher in the department of Neuro-Mechanistic Modeling (NMM) at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). Since June 2026, I have been part of the Neuro-Explicit Sequential Decision-Making (NEXD) research group. While my Bachelor’s and Master’s studies primarily focused on supervised learning, my current work centers on (deep) reinforcement learning.

Projects

  • preAIrranging – Preparing an AI-Based Rearranging Hub (abat+, DFKI, Saarland University): we use neuro-symbolic approaches to solve the combinatorial optimization problems faced in modern production processes in industrial manufacturing.

Interests

Besides research, I enjoy sports, reading, and playing music.
  • Reinforcement Learning
